No, there is no charge for the Pre-Assessment. If you decide to start the case, the package depends on case difficulty. We confirm it with you before you start.

When will the report be ready?

Our expert analysis team prioritises Pre-Assessment reports. Working hours vary by time zone. We send your report as quickly as possible, depending on when you upload your files. You receive a notification and an email when it is ready.

Do I need an intraoral scanner?

No. Phone photos are enough for a Pre-Assessment. If you have a scan or OPG, you can add them too.

What if the case is not suitable?

We say so clearly in the report. We share the limits and any available options. The decision is yours.

How is patient data protected?

Photos and details are processed only in the portal, in line with the privacy notice under Turkish data protection law (KVKK). The page you share with your patient contains no photos, price or package details.

Can my clinic team submit it?

Yes. A member of your clinic team can submit the request on your behalf. You receive the report.

Clear Aligner Treatment: What You Should Know

We prepared this so you know what to expect if you decide to start treatment.

What is clear aligner treatment?

It is an orthodontic treatment that uses custom-made clear aligners to move your teeth step by step into their ideal positions. Each aligner is made specifically to take you to the next step.

Why does it work? Teeth move slowly when a light, continuous force is applied to them. That is why wearing your aligners consistently matters so much.

Daily wear

Your aligners should be in your mouth for at least 22 hours a day. You only take them out to eat, to drink anything other than water and to brush your teeth.

Each aligner is worn for a set period (usually ~10 days). You then move on to the next numbered aligner.

Small bumps on the teeth: attachments

Small tooth-coloured bumps (attachments) may be placed on some teeth. They help the aligner apply force to that tooth in the right direction. At the end of treatment, your doctor removes them all.

Creating space between teeth (IPR)

In some treatments, a very fine space, well under a millimetre, is created between teeth so they can line up properly. This is called interproximal reduction (IPR). Your doctor decides whether it applies to you.

What might you feel in the first few days?

When you start wearing a new aligner, you may feel mild pressure and tightness for the first 2–3 days. That is not a bad thing. It can be a sign that your teeth are moving. Think of muscle soreness after exercise. The sensation can ease within a few days.

Duration

Treatment duration varies from person to person. The duration in this report is a preliminary estimate. Your doctor monitors your progress throughout treatment.
